asp.net mvc 4 - MVC 4 and Razor 1 -

we upgrading existing site mvc 3 mvc 4 , far have encountered these 2 issues razor views : enter link description here , enter link description here

our main interest in mvc 4 web api razor takes seat, there way configure mvc 4 use razor 1, question not tackle specific error configuring but: possible @ all?

i believe should able register original razor view engine in global.asax.cs @ startup... , remove razor 2 view engine...
